What is Fear and why is it holding you back?
What is fear? Fear is an intense emotion and survival mechanism triggered by the perception of danger, whether real or imagined. It initiates an immediate “Fight or Flight” response.
Fear gives us physical, mental, and emotional reactions.
There are two types of fear. Rational fear and Irrational fear.
Fear is uncomfortable, but a vital part of being human, however it can negatively affect our lives.
So how do we overcome fear?
We can overcome our fears by taking small manageable steps, relaxing our minds, and consistently acting despite being afraid.
